Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of S Air Cool India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before booking any service.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following professional services:

  • AC Repair, Installation, and Maintenance
  • VRV/VRF System Repair and Installation
  • Refrigerator Repair Services
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Emergency 24×7 Repair Services

3. Service Areas

We currently serve Mumbai and surrounding areas including Govandi, Chembur, Mankhurd, Kurla, Ghatkopar, and other locations within Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

4. Booking and Appointments

  • Service appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our website contact form
  • We will confirm your appointment within 1 hour of booking
  • Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • No-show charges may apply for confirmed appointments without prior cancellation

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Service charges and part costs will be explained before work begins
  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers
  • GST invoices are available upon request

6. Warranty

  • 90-day warranty on all repair work
  • Genuine spare parts with manufacturer warranty
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or power fluctuations
  • Installation warranty of 6 months on workmanship

7. Liability

S Air Cool India is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to equipment
  • Damage caused by power surges or voltage fluctuations
  • Consequential damages from service delays
  • Third-party equipment or installations

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the equipment and issue
  • Ensure safe access to the AC unit/equipment
  • Be present during the service appointment (or designate a representative)
  • Clear the area around the equipment for technician access

9. Disputes

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
